区别:
可以从企业与公司的区别出内发来看这个问题容:
企业这个概念的范围要比公司包含的范围广得多.
公司,单由名称来看,在我国只有名称中包含"有限公司"字样的才是公司,从本质上看,公司可以看作一个独立的"人"(法律上的人),他以自己的财产独立承担民事责任,正常情况下,即使公司资不抵债,债权人也只能在公司自有资产范围内得至清偿,而不能要求公司的投资人(股东)承担公司资产不足清偿的债务.

而所有如公司、个体工商户、公司设立的分公司……等等进行生产经营的单位都是企业。

其中个体工商户、公司设立的分公司、个人独资企业、合伙企业等非公司的企业，他们不具有法律上独立的人格，他们的债务不仅仅要由该企业自己的财产来承担，如果该企业的财产不足清偿债务时，还要由投资者继续承担民事责任。

理论上的入门读物最通俗易懂的我认为就是教材了，不推荐一开始就研读学术专著，一是因为覆盖面窄，一般都是针对某一问题写出一本书，不利于打基础，法学各个门类是融会贯通的；二是语言大多比较专业晦涩；三是主观性较强，对一些学术界存在争议的问题不同的学者观点不同，如果基础没打好，很容易影响法学思维的培养。当然如果是出于兴趣或对某一法学学者的观点、风格特别欣赏不在此列。
