限选都差不多 经济法和民商法只不过是先学民法后学刑法..所以说西政法学本科基本是一样的了

至于电脑问题 我觉得楼下说的太冠冕了...
电脑的确需要..但是真的用在上课的..不多吧......
第一.用来娱乐 个人觉得 经过高三,新生们需要用电脑来娱乐一下..大一稍微玩一下 不要等大二大三玩 那个时候玩不起,之后的课程很重要的说
第二 社团工作需要.大一难免加入各种各样的社团,基本都需要电脑 特别是宣传部(泪奔啊......1)
所以 如果你想在社团和学生组织里有一定地位 好好发挥余热 提倡带电脑
第三.方便需要...如楼下所说 选课需要电脑 总向别人借不方便.而且寝室里人都有电脑了..你自己没有..有时候心里会有落差的.
当然 还是那句话 如果家庭条件实在不允许 可以不用带电脑.没有电脑会看更多的书.
如果允许 那么还是带一个吧.差一点也无所谓 重要的是有一个方便 真的 方便.....

目前我国正处于民法体系化改革的关键时期，民事诉讼法的修改、担保法的讨论等一系列的立法活动无一不在为民法的制定作准备。随着市场经济的不断发展，制定一部具有时代特色的民法典终将成为现实。怎样才能使我国未来的民法典成为像法国民法典、德国民法典一样的经典之作呢？笔者认为，关键之处在于要使民法典具有自己的灵魂，如前文所述德国民法典就是通过在民法中引入潘德克顿式的法学理念和立法体制，使德国民法典成为与法国民法典并列的大陆法系民法典代表。因此要使中国的民法典具有时代特点兼较高法律价值，我们就应当在民法的创新上下功夫。本文的写作目的就是希望选取一个新的视角——从伦理人格主义哲学入手探寻民法总论逻辑结构的发展规律，为构建具有中国特色民法总论，进而为我国未来民法典的制定略尽绵力。

一、民法总论逻辑结构的概述

什么是民法总论的逻辑结构？民法总论的逻辑结构是如何作用于民法总论？对民法典的制定将产生什么样的影响？要回答这些问题，首先要对民法总论的发展过程作一个简要的阐述。近代民法一语。是从罗马法之Jus civile-语沿袭而来，在法语为droit civil，英语为civil law，德语为Buergerliches Recht，荷兰语为Burgerlyk Regt，其本意对应罗马法的市民法之意。中国民法学者梅仲协在所著《民法要义》中指出：民法一语，典籍无所本，清季变法，抄自东瀛，东瀛则复从拿翁法典之droit civil，译为今称。其实不单是民法的语源，整个近代民法的体系都是建立在对罗马法的研究之上。自从罗马法古碑在意大利出土以来，通过对罗马法的不同方法研究，大陆法系创造出两种民法典编撰体例罗马式（又称法学阶梯式）和德意志式（又称为潘德克顿式）。潘德克顿（pandectae）一语，系罗马法大全即查士丁尼法典中的《学说汇纂》的音译，19世纪的德国民法学家通过对《学说汇纂》的研究形成了近代德国的民法理论体系，并且明确提出了将民法的原则
