英文合作協議的法律效力

1. 合作協議中的一個英文條款的翻譯:

第20 （產品責任）
當死亡，人身傷害或者由產品缺陷導致的任何第三方財產損失由B（乙）方版承擔，權B（乙）方應盡最大的努力去解決索賠，並應賠償A （甲）方損失。

ps：這個合同非常籠統啊，索賠和賠償甲方的額度完全沒有界定。

3. 「合作事項」該怎麼翻譯合同里的。

1、關於"合作"---
Corporative, 形容詞,公司的 ~~ lz的翻譯 這個不合適.
Co-operative, 是 cooperative 的一種異體拼寫. ~~ 這個也可以,但使用時要注意.作形容詞,指 協作的 合作的; 作名詞,指 合作社,合作. 即,此為多義詞.
~~建議考慮:cooperation (異體 co-operation) 名詞,合作 協作 協同.其具體有兩個意思都對:
"1. an act or instance of working or acting together for a common purpose or benefit; joint action.
...
4. Economics. the combination of persons for purposes of proction, purchase, or distribution for their joint benefit: procers' cooperation; consumers' cooperation."

2、關於"事項"---
在翻譯時,常見到"項目"的對應的翻譯為 project
issue 很多時候是作為"問題"提起的.
如果是指某個項目(project)裡面的特定事項,視情況,有多種翻譯,例如:
matter, affair, item 等;
或者,可以用詳細描述(用意譯)代替僅基於對應英文詞的直譯，例如：
appointments and removals 任免事項

4. 英文翻譯中 制定合作協議的制定用哪個詞啊 construct or establish

Establish cooperation agreement英文制定合作協議
