蒸時喝水是為了防止汗出過多導致脫水。症狀減輕，事實說明有效果。原理在於汗蒸高溫排除汗液，使經脈通暢，使寒濕邪氣排除體外，同時頻繁汗蒸也會損傷正氣，不建議每天都去，一周一次吧（個人認為）。至於殺死癌細胞屬於瞎編，一個汗蒸館哪有什麼能力提這種口號。延年益壽是真的，只要你適可而止不要過度。
