;❷ 關於法律英語詞彙的比喻用法
剛剛在看合同法，就給舉兩個例子吧
承諾必須與要約保持一致，就像是照鏡子看到一模一樣的人。

如果被要約者所給出的「承諾」與要約有不一致的地方，就視為此時被要約人做出了一個反要約即counter-offer
如果訂立合同的雙方處於談判階段，雙方會就合同的具體條款進行討論，一方發出要約，另一方提出修改意見，即反要約；另一方就此反要約再做出反要約，反復如此，被稱為
battle of forms
在以上情況中，如何判定何時會有合同的訂立呢
英美法此時會關注何時承諾是被做出的，即最後誰拍板接受對方的反要約，就視為誰做出了承諾
這個原則叫：
last shot principle
另外還有很多，如英美侵權法中有 neighbour principle
大量拉丁語的使用，比如obiter dictum ratio decidendi mens rea actus reus等等
另外有很多常見詞彙在法律英語中也會擁有不同的意思，要上課了，下次我再添上吧。。。

❸ 什麼是法律英語
所謂的法律英語說的通俗一點就是法律方向的英語，涉及面最廣的都是法律知識、條文。就如同英語又分為商務英語，旅遊英語等等。
法律英語（Legal English），在英語國家中被稱為Legal Language或Language of theLaw，即法律語言，在英語中指表述法律科學概念以及訴訟或非訴訟法律事務時所用的語種或某一語種的部分用語。從此概念可以看出，法律英語所使用的語言不僅是英語本身，還包括其它語種，如法語、拉丁文等。
學好法律英語需要需要學會一些基本的詞彙，筆者此處描繪的是關於一些基本的法律詞彙，他們分別在法律英語中充當主語、謂語及賓語的比重很高，需要在本系列的經驗中首先描述。
關於主語，由於筆者擅長的是經濟法，在經濟法中常見的主語有這些主語。買主the buyer 賣主 the seller 以及第三方，the third party這里需要注意的是party不是派對的意思，是第三方的意思。
關於謂語，在法律英語中謂語比較多，就用delivered來描述，這個詞是交付的意思，什麼warrant保證與claim聲稱都不如他，在以後的考試中很經常見到，當然筆者此處描繪的不僅是如何學習英語，更為大家描繪如何在以後的應試中有更好的籌碼。
關於法律賓語中需要注意的是什麼筆者認為就是權利與義務了，因此需要注意的便是right和obligation。法律中最常見的賓語，權利與義務。
