㈠ 法律是如何規定翻譯人員的

我國刑事訴訟法第9條規定：各民族公民都有用本民族語言文字進行訴訟的權利。回人答民法院、人民檢察院、公安機關對於不通曉當地通用的語言文字的訴訟參與人，應當為他們翻譯。
翻譯人員應當具備一定的條件：首先，能夠勝任語言文字翻譯工作，有為當事人及其他訴訟參與人提供翻譯的能力。其次，應當與案件或者案件當事人無利害關系，否則應當迴避。
翻譯人員有權了解與翻譯有關的案件情況;有權要求公安司法機關提供與翻譯內容有關的材料;有權查閱記載其翻譯內容的筆錄，如果筆錄同實際翻譯內容不符，有權要求修正或補充;有權獲得相應的報酬和經濟補償。
翻譯人員依法應當實事求是，如實進行翻譯，力求准確無誤，不得隱瞞、歪曲或偽造，如果有意弄虛作假，要承擔法律責任。此外，翻譯人員對提供翻譯活動所獲知的案件情況和他人的隱私，應當保密。

只要是在當地工商局備案注冊的正規翻譯機構都具有司法翻譯資格，相關司法部門需承認其合法性。
