ps：这个合同非常笼统啊，索赔和赔偿甲方的额度完全没有界定。

3. “合作事项”该怎么翻译合同里的。

1、关于"合作"---
Corporative, 形容词,公司的 ~~ lz的翻译 这个不合适.
Co-operative, 是 cooperative 的一种异体拼写. ~~ 这个也可以,但使用时要注意.作形容词,指 协作的 合作的; 作名词,指 合作社,合作. 即,此为多义词.
~~建议考虑:cooperation (异体 co-operation) 名词,合作 协作 协同.其具体有两个意思都对:
"1. an act or instance of working or acting together for a common purpose or benefit; joint action.

2、关于"事项"---
在翻译时,常见到"项目"的对应的翻译为 project
issue 很多时候是作为"问题"提起的.
如果是指某个项目(project)里面的特定事项,视情况,有多种翻译,例如:
matter, affair, item 等;
或者,可以用详细描述(用意译)代替仅基于对应英文词的直译，例如：
appointments and removals 任免事项
