1、埃及的悲剧

埃及哪有时间发展？埃及那有精力发展？至于埃及的传统文化，不做详解。
但就全世界而言，只有新教和东亚地区的经济有活力，这就文化的力量。
2、南非衰落
1972年的南非是一个经济高速发展的发达国家，被称为“非洲经济巨人”。自从曼德拉上台以后，黑人替代白人，处处打压白人，造成了一种新的隐性歧视。黑人警察、黑人医生，我就呵呵。曼德拉只想到了推翻一个旧世界，却没考虑过如何建设一个新世界。或者说曼德拉只不过把白人压迫黑人，变成了黑人压迫白人，仅此而已。

民主和自由的好处，南非的民主和自由是一种无政府状态的民主和自由，每当选举的时候，候选人就鼓动选民闹事，然后把水搅浑，好从中渔利。

3、非洲的种植业
看了粮食危机，我大概懂了，非洲没有农业。

对于世界经济而言，二战就是一个错误，非洲独立就是一个错误。
首先，非洲的农业完全就是出口导向的农业，对非洲的经济发展一点用处都没有。非洲不愿种粮食，为什么呢？因为没有经济效益，非洲种经济作物，而且是定向的经济作物，那就是定向出口欧洲。比如说茶叶、烟草、橡胶等。而欧洲的价格更高，所以经济作物也不卖给本地企业，说难听点，本地企业也买不起。最后富了小地主，穷了非洲大陆。
第二个非洲出口粮食，当世界范围内粮食减产的时候，就从非洲大量进口，粮食出口国优先保障本国的粮食供应，而非洲的碎片化导致非洲无组织的出口粮食，因为欧洲的买方价格更高。而非洲粮食进口国根本买不到粮食，就是买得起，穷人也吃不起，于是东亚、西欧、北美粮仓里面放着陈芝麻、烂谷子，而非洲却在饿死人。

4、非洲的制造业
非洲的制造业面对的是殖民地经济，那就是高端有德国、日本制造竞争，中低端有中国制造竞争。而德国、英国、法国、日本、中国又利用自己取得的市场经济地位，抬高原料价格，降低工业制成品价格，从而使当地的制造业破产。
而在全球化的过程中，这些后发国家却利诱非洲国家开放市场，用金融工具不断的摧残和蹂躏这片野蛮的大陆，使这片大陆的经济不断崩溃、重建、再崩溃。
这就是殖民地经济控制下的非洲大陆。
5、第三产业
非洲的碎片化导致没有哪个国家是具有经济规模和竞争力的，所以当外国的资本进入的时候，本地的第三产业的命运注定被边缘化、凋弊。因为这些外来的金融资本可以从母国获取利润，然后转移至非洲和本地企业竞争，对于优良资产可以溢价收买，然后以此类种种手段控制非洲经济。
6、非洲自己的问题
非洲没有自己统一的语言，没有自己统一的文化，没有自己统一的市场，没有自己统一的政治力量，这些才是非洲问题的本质。
