如果有根严格的标准，在业主批准后也可以使用，但这些标准必须在建议书中/投标文件中明确地说明。

全部图纸，计算表和文件应该用英语书写，除非相关政府机构要求用当地语言以供其批准之用，（政府的）这种要求应该是公开的（都能看到的）。
