1. 中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法111条规定立案后多久能破案

我国法律对立案后多长时间必须破案没有规定。因为容易造就冤假错案。设定破案期限不符合科学事实，定罪量刑要尊重事实，讲究法律证据，一味地讲究效率，会让办案质量下降，可能让更多无辜之人遭受囹圄之苦。
